Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB): Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) treatment mandatory from September 1st for Australia and New Zealand
We would like to inform you that, as is customary, the Australian Department of Agriculture has confirmed the measures for the 2025-2026 season regarding the protection of the local ecosystem from the Asian Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB).

The at-risk period will run from September 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026 (inclusive). Goods shipped from September 1st onwards must undergo treatment, making container fumigation for Australia and New Zealand mandatory.

The shipping date on the Bill of Lading (B/L) will be used to determine when the goods were shipped; gate dates and times will not be accepted. Currently, the website agriculture.gov.au/bmsb does not reflect any significant changes; however, please note that measures may be adjusted throughout the season.

We will keep you informed, and we encourage you to consult the relevant pages on the Australian Government’s website periodically.
Stay tuned for updates and feel free to contact us to manage your international transport and container fumigation needs will be exported from Türkiye to Australia and New ZealandAustralia and New Zealand!
